  • 1. Returns Policy

    Once your order has been delivered, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that all customers receive brand new, pristine artwork. You are encouraged to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

    2. Refunds Policy

    We offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:

    • Damaged in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. Once we confirm the damage, we will process a refund or send a replacement piece at no additional cost.

    • Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please notify within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the received item and your order confirmation. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or process a refund.

    • Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
